It has been a barren few years since the LOTR trilogy, but hope is on the horizon in the form of The Hobbit. The much maligned film has been the subject of a hugely controversial argument between Peter Jackson, New Line Cinema and Warner Brothers, but this very public debacle seems to be drawing to an end with Guillermo Del Toro confirmed as director for The Hobbit. Thank goodness!
